HP Printers invented the new standard for 3D printing and CSK Creative handled the worldwide announcement at the Rapid 3D printing event in Orlando.
HP is a big, demanding corporate video client so we had all hands on deck to create an all-encompassing presence at the show and on the internet. We had a live editor taking care of pushing out real-time videos while multiple videographers and photographers ran back and forth shooting all day long.
The result was a whole library of content that got edited and delivered from the day of all the way through to months afterward to keep customers informed on this complex and exciting new innovation. The University of New England wanted a social media video created for its Masters of Social Work program so they contacted CSK Creative to bring out two separate feels from the same library of content.
The first social media video needed to be actual interview footage with some integrated text that would engage viewers even if they didn’t have sound on. The second video had interviews with more content but less integrated text callouts. The marketing video team is currently testing each video to see which is the most engaging.

A client was looking for two distinctly different treatments on the same batch of normal 2D photos so we used motion graphics to create two different videos and the client was thrilled. The first is a more calming, 3D photo treatment that’s more time-intensive and 100 percent custom while the second is a customized template that can use photos or video and has a much more high-energy feel. JVC contacted CSK Creative to produce a product release video from start to finish for their new consumer camera line, the JVC Everio Quadproof Quadproof means it’s ready to withstand water, sand, snow and shock from being dropped so CSK Creative and the team at Florida Videographer were tasked with coming up with a way to demonstrate all these things in a cost-effective way.
Handling all levels of production on this project, CSK Creative pulled together a team out in Colorado for the winter shoot and executed the rest of the product video in Florida, including motion graphics. The final video can be seen below.
CSK Creative recently teamed up with photographers Jen and Eric Larson of Jensen Larson Photography to create this customer testimonial video for the PGA Show in Orlando, Florida. Foretees is the premier golf booking app. We shot the video at the Orlando Convention Center at the PGA Show because it would have cost considerably more to get our team up to Minnesota to shoot with them at their headquarters. Together with Jensen Larson we shot and edited this testimonial that ended up getting lengthened to showcase Foretees’ entire suite of offerings. The New Jersey Institute of Technology Is one of the most progressive technology institutes in the world, but they don’t have the notoriety of a school like MIT, and the difference is marketing. That’s why NJIT came to CSK Creative to produce a shoot with both photos and video of the faculty with one environmental video as the centerpiece.
The video featured Cristian Borcea, Associate Professor of Computer Science at NJIT, discussing high-level technology challenges on the horizon. The video is intended to usher potential students into the site and catch their attention as well as their imagination to the potential of a career in Computer Science with a degree at NJIT.
The photos were all environmental portraits with the faculty in locations that made them feel comfortable. The faculty all had busy schedules and plenty of prior commitments so we shot all our interviews and photos with minimal disruption. The final result was a website that was not only extremely clean and aesthetic, but also informative. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

CSK Creative got a call from the good people at VirTra simulators to shoot some customer testimonial videos at the Orange County Convention Center for the ground-breaking new V300 simulator. We shot inside the simulator itself with a static screen behind us on the five-screen, 300-degree field of view, $200,000 exhibit install. The simulator uses real guns (Glock 9MM and AR15) with a simulated recoil with C02 cartridges. They design it so you’re going to get shot now and then, which means a taser on your hip “stimulates” (shocks) you when you screw up, or really whenever the person running the simulator feels like you need to get out of your comfort zone. I can tell you from personal experience that the stimulation doesn’t exactly tickle.
The final simulator install is mainly used in law enforcement and military applications and includes a vibrating floor for added realism.
VirTra trusted CSK Creative to capture the customer testimonials and everything worked out flawlessly. Anticipating the client’s needs, we brought lighting to open up the dark room and separated the talent from the background so there were no tell tale shadows and no highlights on the screen. We shot with two cameras so the interview could be seamlessly spliced together when the talent said content that needed to be trimmed. We also provided an additional service at no extra charge when the client asked us to capture an on-the-spot demo with actual law enforcement personnel who were being introduced to the technology.

Yesterday CSK Creative had the privilege of working with Canale Communications on an interview video shoot at the Hyatt Regency Orlando for marketing videos. We were shooting interviews of extremely specialized medical professionals talking about a new treatment for Meniere’s Disease and childhood ear infections that’s making its way through the approval process.
CSK Creative was chosen as the production company for the medical interview videos because of our two-camera setup (most companies only use one camera) with professional audio and lighting at very competitive pricing.
The day was an absolute success. The Hyatt Regency is a fantastic Orlando videography venue and the suite provided a quiet place to quickly and efficiently get the interviews done with minimal interruptions. The setup worked out perfectly because the AAO conference the doctors were attending has an extremely expensive admission fee, so the interviewees just walked over to our pre-set room rather than shooting the videos at the Orange County Convention Center.
Steven Douglas Carroll is currently the President and CEO of Lee DuBois Technologies, a titan in the world of professional sales training. Carroll has come to the point in his career where he’s so sought after that public speaking and spokesman gigs are his next mountains to climb. With years of sales experience, Carroll is the perfect candidate for companies looking to represent themselves through a face that’s known in the community and who understands their offerings and can communicate t0 (and ultimately convert) their target market.
Carroll approached CSK Creative for the motion side of his representation and Cy Cyr to take the epic still images. The result was a professional demo reel that represented Carroll and demonstrated what he was capable of as a spokesman. The result was spectacular.
The first video is an overview of Carroll’s skills and shows the audience what a professional pitchman can do without a script. Carroll was a high-level athlete for years, so it was only natural that he would choose tennis and golf as the first two scenes. The last scene shows Carroll in his true element, the boardroom.
The next video is a quick pitch of one of Carroll’s books from the epic downtown Orlando cityscape.
And finally, my favorite video of the bunch is the fake Cialis commercial we shot. It was an impromptu thing, and all Carroll’s idea, and it turned out fantastic.
We at CSK Creative recently had the pleasure of working with GameSim, one of the tech industry’s fastest-growing companies. GameSim is a modeling and simulation company that focuses on the video game, military and GSI industries. Andrew Tosh (the Orlando-based brother of television star Daniel Tosh) started the company as a one-man-band and has grown to over 35 employees.
Andrew and I sat down to consult about preproduction strategy first—which is imperative in any high-end production to gauge the client’s needs and objectives—and we decided that the video needed a tech-forward feel with a soft, approachable side that wouldn’t intimidate potential clients.
The video was to be the company’s flagship marketing tool that would take pride of place at gamesim.com. Being a graphics-based company, they handled the motion graphics in-house, and we at CSK Creative collaborated closely via email and instant messenger during the post production to tweak the video and produce exactly the sales/marketing tool they needed.
Working with a forward-reaching tech company was a fun new challenge. The video covers the company’s inception, core competencies, work with high-end companies like EA Sports, and future goals. We put special emphasis on communicating to potential clients that GameSim was a fully capable, one-stop-shop equipped to handle huge projects from start to finish, and not just subcontracted parts of bigger projects.
We made the script and final video as evergreen as possible so the team at GameSim could make tweaks to stats and figures within the graphics whenever necessary so they had an up-to-date, polished marketing piece that the company would be proud of for years to come.
